Due in part to the interior renovation completed by CPL Design Interiors (along with an exterior restoration) the market value of the units increased by over $100,000. The Board also reports that there has been a dramatic change in the owners’ attitudes. Many owners boast about the building’s incredible transformation.
Starting in January 2018, CPL Design Interiors will continue the interior renovation. The next phase includes the basement amenities: the party room, kitchen, cardio & free weight gym, saunas and change rooms, hobby room, and corridors.
